Welcome to a day in my life. I can't guarantee that this will be an exciting read for anyone. My life is filled with all the mundane activities of a stay-at-home-mom just trying to raise her three sons to be the best men they can be.

Yesterday was another snow day. Fortunately (or unfortunately) the boys were off anyway as it was a PA day. Have I ever said that I love snow days? LOL! We stayed in all day only taking turns to go out and shovel the driveway. I spread out my scrapping stuff and happily scrapped away while the boys were happy to just lay around. I love days like that. It really is good for the soul.

The snow plows came through a few times during the night and so now there is a mound of very heavy, icy snow piled at the bottom of the driveway. Hopefully I can just plow through it to get the van out, because it's way too heavy for me to do and John is still away. I don't think Matt could do it either.

Some of my latest layouts:

  2. BTW - We didn't get any snow yesterday, but Joshua's school had a two-hour rain delay - LOL! He just reminded me that, one day two years ago, his school was closed because of high winds.

Southerners - they'll grab any excuse to get out of school. ;)

  4. When we lived in KY, one Sunday night the television stations started to announce the school systems that would be closed the next day because it might snow Monday morning. It never did snow on Monday, nor on Tuesday.
