Welcome to a day in my life. I can't guarantee that this will be an exciting read for anyone. My life is filled with all the mundane activities of a stay-at-home-mom just trying to raise her three sons to be the best men they can be.

I'm off!

I'm off this afternoon for my yearly scrapping vacation. I'm exhausted after everything I had to do to get ready, but I'm done and ready to go.
I'm leaving after picking Matt up from the Go Bus (hopefully by 1:30). After meeting with the other girls who are travelling together, we'll drive to Montreal tonight where we'll stay over night. Tomorrow morning we plan on hitting the scrapbook store there before continueing on to Main.

Then we're spending 7 wonderful nights in this nine-bedroom beauty! (poor me, I know. How will I ever manage.)

We will be cropping in the huge pool house.

So, that's it. I'm off with 19 of my scrapping buddies to crop in the mountains. I'll try and blog while I'm there, but I just may be too busy relaxing!

  1. Have fun on your journey and getaway!!! Make sure to stop by Scrapbook Centrale! Too bad I need to get stuff for Morgane's bday party tomorrow or I would have planned to meet you over there tonight! Hopefully one day our paths will finally cross! :)

Wow what a week ahead. The venue look great. A great place for a Family Retreat - what is it called? In Maine you said.

Also, Jono has his app form in for Senior Youth event next weekend, if Spencer goes as well.

Also, the top of your blog profile indicates that you still have a 12 year old, sorry to remind you that he is 13 now. :-)

  3. Nice....hopefully it will still be nice enough to use the pool. Have fun.

  4. Oooooh, it looks like a wonderful destination! Have a great time. And I can't wait to see what you create... hurray! I love your pages, Barb. :)

  5. Hi Barb
I was hoping you could share some info with me concerning Non Verbal Learning Disabilities. My son was recently diagnoised, and the school is not very helpful My son does not wish to go. He does not have bad behavior just doesn't want to attend school.
I don't beleive the VP is sympathetic to the illness nor understands it.

  6. Wow, wow, wow! Have a great time!

  7. This sounds wonderful, Barbara. Have fun!

  8. Hope it was everything you hoped for Barb...

  9. Hi Anne Marie. I'd be happy to share our experiences and information with you. Feel free to contact me through my email - imscrapping@cogeco.ca.
