Thanks Barb......It's interesting that you would post this. i had a very difficult day at work, and part way through it I pulled out Rick's picture 'cause I needed inspiration. Looking at that picture and thinking of all the obstacles he overcomes day in and day out gave me a second breath. this video is the topping on the cake for my day.
