Stephen, usually there is no one around (or next to no one); however, as you know, the Caledon Hills are a prime destination for Autumn picture taking!Catharinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15545492696432754953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13746939.post-45235619534276700842007-10-15T09:14:00.000-04:002007-10-15T09:14:00.000-04:00How cool is that? How cool is that?michelle sturgeonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00604972299226311725noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13746939.post-63027464959012540242007-10-12T15:48:00.000-04:002007-10-12T15:48:00.000-04:00Wow, you're right! Looks like you had fun, and yes, I would have been climbing all over those rolling hills too. :SAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13746939.post-85085357639331423032007-10-11T08:08:00.000-04:002007-10-11T08:08:00.000-04:00we used to go there for our grade 10 geography tri...we used to go there for our grade 10 geography trips and i would sometimes pass them when i worked for homecare. they certainly are unique!Jennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14485061910044084617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13746939.post-60185249064628862972007-10-10T22:37:00.000-04:002007-10-10T22:37:00.000-04:00That place looks so cool. Thank you for the post.

The signs should be up and even some fencing to protect the hills to prevent human traffic from damaging them.Davehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09802475785134086208noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13746939.post-13725918529825499612007-10-10T18:04:00.000-04:002007-10-10T18:04:00.000-04:00I have been to this area in Cheltenham a number of...I have been to this area in Cheltenham a number of times over the years. What strikes me in your pictures are the people! Whenever I visited this area, there were no other people around. They were not a well known landform at that time. I remember coming upon them about thirty years ago quite by accident. A number of years later, I organized a class field trip to the Caledon Hills and used this as a brief stop on our excursion.

The photos demonstrate how much the population of Southern Ontario has grown that this "off beat area" is no longer an off beat area.Stephenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11440657052901467269noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13746939.post-57776394523846811812007-10-10T16:28:00.000-04:002007-10-10T16:28:00.000-04:00Looks like a cool place. I wonder if there is some ecosystem at risk too.Eviehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00212038923735410573noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13746939.post-9125484108377484542007-10-10T13:02:00.000-04:002007-10-10T13:02:00.000-04:00Wow... beautiful in a strange way.
